Abbie Dekramer
President
Abbie has been an active member in DECA since her freshman year. Her sophomore year, she became Lincoln High School’s chapter V.P. of Communications and ran the chapter’s social media. As a junior she served as the SD DECA V. P. of Career Development. Outside of DECA, Abbie is involved in Volleyball, Serve and Learn Student Association (SALSA), Thrifting Club, Statesman, Speech and Debate. After high school, she hopes to continue her education out of state and pursue law. Abbie also enjoys engaging with members and hopes to be more involved in the SD DECA community. This year she hopes to empower SD DECA members, increase the competitive aspect of SD DECA and develop new chapters throughout SD.
Avery Dooley
V.P. of Marketing
Avery is a senior at Roosevelt High School and has been an active member of DECA since her freshman year. Outside of DECA, she holds leadership positions as the secretary for the Big Sioux Region Student Council and Roosevelt High School’s student council. She is also involved in Best Buddies, Cancer Awareness Club, Link Crew, Serve and Learn Student Association (SALSA), Science Club, Soccer, Cross Country, Track, and Powerlifting. As a state officer, Avery hopes to grow South Dakota DECA and to enhance the DECA community.
Teranysha Sutton
V.P. of Finance
Teranysha is a senior at Lincoln High School where she is involved in Serve and Learn Student Association (SALSA), Quiz Bowl, Debate, and has been a member of DECA since her freshman year. As a member of South Dakota DECA, her flexibility and time management skills have improved exponentially. This year, Teranysha will strive to make South Dakota DECA a driving leader of the Central Region!

V.P. of Community Outreach
Srishti is a junior at Roosevelt High School and has been involved with DECA since her freshman year, holding positions as chapter officer and chapter president. In addition to DECA, she is also involved with Debate, Link Crew, Student Advisory, Science Honor Society, and National Honor Society, and also tutors outside of school. As VP of Community Outreach, Srishti hopes to build a more cohesive and connected community out of South Dakota DECA.
GRACE JOHNSON

Grace is a senior at Roosevelt High School and has been an active DECA member since her freshman year. She is involved in Symphony and Chamber Orchestra, Link Crew, SALSA, National Honor Society, Science National Honor Society, and Spanish National Honor Society. She takes violin and piano lessons and teaches piano lessons to kids. DECA has played a significant part in Grace’s life throughout high school. Through DECA, she has learned more about business and entrepreneurship, has experienced what it means to be a leader, and has grown as a person. As a state officer, she hopes to expand DECA’s presence in our current schools and get surrounding schools involved in DECA.

TINA MILLER
State Advisor
Ms. Miller is the DECA Outreach Coordinator for the University of South Dakota Beacom School of Business. After high school she served her country in the United States Marine Corps while also earning her B.S. in Information Systems in night school from the University of Texas Arlington. She has worked in politics, professional sports, and entertainment. She earned her M.A. in Management from Doane University. Before joining the University of South Dakota she taught high school business in Iowa. "After 20 years in the business world, I chose to move into the classroom, but the opportunity to work with students across South Dakota is a dream come true. I am excited to mentor and encourage students," said Miller.
